FRITH FARM HONEY
We have been building our symbiotic relationship with honey bees for a couple years, and currently have 2 active hives. Bees are some of nature's best pollinators and ours help keep our efforts fruitful. As a side benefit, we harvest some of their honey once or twice a year. It is usually a deep rich amber, with a complexity of flavors that comes from the diverse mix of vegetable, herb, tree, and wildflower pollen the bees collect here. Unfortunately our honey cannot be certified Organic since we can't control the bees' entire 3 mile flight radius, but we otherwise raise our bees Organically. Our honey is raw, straight from the hive, and usually sells out within days of harvest.
