You might hear this invitation as a howl from the dark unknown of these times we find ourselves in. Or perhaps the tender coo of a dove’s offering to a new day. Or the anxious squeak of a mouse in the paws of a great cat. However it arrives, here it is: a post-humanist call to come love, laugh, work, dance, sweat, cry, grow, connect and make meaning together. To court and cultivate ALIVENESS in this land, in each other, in ourselves. To dance with paradox; to coax together the wild and the cultivated, the sacred and the profane, the inner and the outer. This is delightfully hard work- physically, emotionally, spiritually. And the juice of this labor’s fruit is already running down our chins.

If all this sounds wild and wacky, it sure is!

We have the following openings:

Farm Crew - full season (4 spots)
April 14 through November 21, 2025

Farm Crew - summer only (2 spots)
June 23 through September 12, 2025

What We Look For:

- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an eagerness to learn
- At least 6 months of outdoor physical work experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work alone or closely with others
- Passion for land, connection with nature, and community building
- Courage to live into questions of soul, spirit, and personal/collective growth

What We Offer:

- Experience living and learning as part of our on-farm community
- Daily farm-fresh lunches cooked by our amazing chef Sabra
- Bulk food and produce from the farm and a monthly credit at our farm store
- Weekly time for community-building, education, and play
- Time off to attend MOFGA workshops and other educational events
- An emphasis on learning, with each farm crew member rotating through the different roles on the farm, trained by our four returning managers
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of no-till practices
- Compensation:
        • On-farm housing, food, amenities, and a monthly salary
